These two may have been the easiest buyers ever - and this may have been the easiest transaction ever. They found a cute home in the Country Meadows neighborhood here in Parker, submitted an offer, went under contract, and everything went...smoooothly. I'm talking suspiciously smoothly.
No drama. No major surprises. No crazy hurdles to overcome. No inexperienced agent on the other end. Everyone did what they were supposed to do, when they were supposed to do it, and we made it to the closing table, and they made it into their new home.
Believe it or not, sometimes real estate really DOES work that way.
