We don’t typically make a habit of highlighting specific personal achievements in this space, but this milestone is too important to let pass without acknowledgment. It’s been a little over a year since I joined Madison and Company Properties, and Brad and I officially teamed up. Today, we're thrilled to share that we’ve reached the top of the company rankings for teams of two or more.
This accomplishment has been a significant goal for us since the start of our partnership, and it’s one that makes us incredibly proud. Trust me when I say that getting here hasn't been easy. We've learned a LOT - about the real estate industry, about each other, and about what it takes to run a successful business as a couple. There have been growing pains (like learning we cannot talk about work 24/7, no matter how much I might want to), moments of frustration, and some fights we didn't even know we were capable of having. But through it all, we’ve laughed to tears, had TONS of fun, and hit some incredible highs.
Celebrating our wins together makes all the extra work, long hours, and adjustments to our work/life balance worth it. Brad has often topped the individual rankings, but this is our first time reaching the top as a team. We have many more goals - some short-term, some long-term - but the most important one is to keep having fun and enjoying this journey we’re on together.
Setting and pursuing goals is crucial. There are times when giving up seems like the easier option, but perseverance pays off. Being vulnerable and leaning on each other for support has been key to our success. Encouraging and celebrating each other’s wins has strengthened our bond, both personally and professionally.
We aren’t on this journey alone. Our achievements are made possible by an incredible support system of family, friends, and clients—many of whom fit into all three categories. Your trust and confidence, especially when partnering with us for the largest financial transactions of your lives, means the world to us. Thank you!
We also want to acknowledge the impressive teams within our brokerage. This milestone is even more special to us because we know the "competition" and they're good. We are blessed to work alongside many real estate rockstars, and through their support and collaboration, they also make us better.
