"Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it."
~ William Arthur Ward
It's been a looong day...a long, but wonderful day! To say I love my job still feels like an understatement. I planned to sit down and write about the amazing keynote speakers at the Colorado Association of REALTORS (CAR) Leadership Symposium, and I promise I'll get to that, but right now, my heart is simply too full of gratitude to focus on anything else.
What I really want to share is how incredibly thankful I am for all the wonderful people in my life. We are so incredibly blessed - our circle is large and so, so special! Less than a week ago, I came up with a fresh idea for a video shoot, but it was the kind of vision that needed more people than just Brad and me. So, I threw it out there to our Facebook family, not knowing what to expect.
Well, let me tell you...y'all SHOWED UP for us in the best way this week, and words cannot fully express how much it means to us. So many of you took time out of your busy schedules to lend a hand, and for those of you who wanted to but couldn't - trust me, we felt your support, too.
This is what life is all about - the people, the connections, the community. It's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day of serving others (especially in real estate, where our focus is always on how we can help our clients and partners), but today, I am feeling compelled to recognize how much we appreciate all of you who show up for us. Whether you're a vendor partner, a client, a friend, family, or fellow REALTOR - you make a difference in our lives, and it does not go unnoticed.
The world can feel heavy sometimes, but moments like these remind me how much good there really is out there. We have some of the best people in our story, and I couldn't be more thankful for each and every one of you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for always loving and supporting us - we love you right back!!
