Back in the early days of the COVID chaos that was 2020, when tp was a hot commodity and Zillow scrolling became everyone's favorite pastime, Brad helped Rob and Kelly find this beautiful home. It was one of those rare real estate wins during a time when nothing in life felt certain. The world was weird, but this house was the perfect fit for them.
Since then, we've enjoyed watching their family double...literally, from two to four. We've had the privilege of documenting their evolution through our annual fall family photo events (which are basically the most heart-melting thing we do all year). Watching their little crew grow up has been one of the sweetest perks of our job.
When they called us earlier this year, casually saying they were "thinking" about moving to Minnesota to be closer to family, we had a feeling it was more than just a fleeting thought. They took a trip back home and that sealed the deal - next thing we knew, they were under contract on their new place and it was game on.
Together, we crushed the pre-listing prep (general home prep, staging, strategizing, etc.). Their home hit the market on October 3rd, we had a flood of early interest, and by the 15th we were under contract. Fast forward to November 12th and they were passing the keys off to the lucky new owners, and we were celebrating another smooth transaction in the books...listed to closed in just over one month - crushing current market stats!
Rob and Kelly, we are so sad to see you go, but we are also ridiculously excited for your next chapter in Minnesota. We expect to hear stories of cousin chaos, six months of snow angels, and countless happy memories. And don't forget to book your flights now, we look forward to seeing you next Fall for family photos!
